All Payments and Non-refundable Tattoo Retainers are NON REFUNDABLE.

Non-refundable Tattoo Retainers are not transferable unless under written consent by the artist.

Non-refundable Tattoo Retainers are good for only one year from the date of initial retainer or from the last completed tattoo appointment.

The minimum amount of a Non-refundable Tattoo Retainer is $50.00.

For all pieces that require more than one sitting, or a sitting estimated to be more than 3 hours, a Non-refundable Tattoo Retainer of $100.00 may be required at the discretion of the artist.

For Multi-Session pieces, a retainer must be left for each appointment booked. Each retainer can be subtracted from the total for the appointment it was left for.

Non-refundable Tattoo Retainers are only for the tattoo for which they were applied. If a tattoo design is drastically changed or altered by the client, the client attempts to repeatedly change or add to the agreed upon design (especially through constant phone calls, emails, or time wasting), or the client no longer wishes to be tattooed, then the Non-refundable Tattoo Retainer is forfeit, to be applied to the artist’s time and efforts.

If you are looking to stay within a specific price range then you must effectively communicate this to the artist at the time of the consultation.

All appointments must CALL the studio 978.744.9393, a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date and time of the appointment, if a cancellation and rescheduling of the appointment, otherwise retainer is forfeit, to be applied towards the artist’s lost time and business. (Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the artist for what the artist considers last minute emergencies.)

If a client has skin damage from sun exposure (sun burned), as determined by the artist, and are therefore not in an acceptable condition to be tattooed, then they will forfeit their retainer. The client does not determine what constitutes skin damage. The client will also be required to leave another retainer in order to make an appointment.

A tattoo cannot be submerged in water for three weeks after the date of a session, and after that only when fully healed. Sun exposure destroys tattoos, especially during healing and afterwards!!

The artist is not responsible for exposure to bacteria after the client is finished with their appointment. The client is responsible for the aftercare of their tattoo. Failure to properly clean and care for a tattoo may result in damage to the tattoo, loss of limbs or bodily function of the client, and/or illness and death.

Your tattoo artist is NOT responsible for any ink stains or damage that your clothing or personal belongings may accrue during your tattoo appointment or visit to the studio.

The client is responsible for properly caring for their tattoo. Touch ups are provided at the artist’s discretion and will be a chargeable service unless the artist determines otherwise.
